- Today was supposed to be a rest day but I got up early and ran the 3.5 miles I was supposed to run yesterday.
- Total time to complete: just under 44 min.
- Treadmill speed: 5 miles/hr
- Run 10 min., Walk 1 min. intervals
- I was more tired than usual...probably because my body is wondering what the heck I was doing so early in the morning.
Week 3, Thursday
- I was supposed to run 3.5 miles but my stomach wasn't feeling well all evening.
