I did it! I ran 10 km today. It felt really good too. I had to psych myself up to it all day and when I was running I told myself to take my time and just to enjoy it. And I actually did enjoy it. I really took my time and was expecting to finish in an hour and twenty minutes or something. I was shocked to see that I finished in 1 hr. 8 min! I'm so excited about that!! My legs were tired here and there but my breathing was great since I was taking my time and running slowly. There was even a couple of hills on my route. Not to bad if I say so myself!
Now I just have to psych myself enough to do it again next Sunday.
