Getting back into the swing of things
So I ran 5km yesterday; my first run since getting the flu. It was tough but I got through it. I'm going to work hard this week to get back to where I was...running at least 11km. Then I'll be back on track with my training schedule. I can't believe there's less than a month left. I'm so excited that I will be able to accomplish this goal in less than a month.
