A minor glitch in training...
I came down with the flu on Sunday and it's really wiped me out. Fever, chills, aches and pains, shortness of breath, the whole nine yards. I don't know how long it will be before I get my energy back and I don't know how this will affect my training. Do I jump right back into the schedule or will I have to ease back into running? I'm too weak to worry about it now. Blegh....
