Week 2, Day 3

Run for 3 min., Walk for 1 min., Repeat 4 more times
  • Half-way through today I had some very brief moments of regret but it didn't last long. I did notice my knees were aching a little while running; not enough to cause concern though. I'm proud of myself for even getting on the treadmill today because it was a long and very busy day at work. When I got home at 7:30pm, all I wanted to do was to sit, watch tv, and dig into this huge bag of lychee fruit that I bought last night. But I perservered and followed the training schedule. Now I'm going to take a shower, THEN dig into the bag of lychee.
