  • I was supposed to run today but I was too sick to.

I hope you don't get too hung up on trying to make up for lost days. You should just forget about them or else you end up feeling behind and then you get discouraged.

You probably didn't know that I am an amateur sports psychologist. I'm going to be the Dr. Phil of the sports world.
