Run 7 min., Walk 1 min., Repeat 4 more times
  • Treadmill speed: 5 miles/hr. for the first 2 cycles, 4.5 miles/hr. for the last 3 cycles
  • Distance: 3.04 miles
  • Yay! I finally passed the 3 mile mark. Man was it hard.
