Week 7, Day 1
  • Run 8 min., Walk 1 min.
  • For some reason, this week's runs don't have how many times I should repeat each cycle. I don't know if that was a typo or on purpose, but just in case I repeated the cycle 2 more times.
  • Treadmill speed: 5 miles/hour
  • Distance: 2.15 miles
  • Adding this extra minute wasn't bad. It felt good. I'm so glad because I was losing speed.

Week 6, Day 7
  • Day off
  • Went ice skating with the kids.
