- For some reason, this week's runs don't have how many times I should repeat each cycle. I don't know if that was a typo or on purpose, but just in case I repeated the cycle 2 more times.
- Treadmill speed: 5 miles/hour
- Distance: 2.15 miles
- Adding this extra minute wasn't bad. It felt good. I'm so glad because I was losing speed.

- Went ice skating with the kids.
