Run 7 min., Walk 1 min., Repeat 3 more times
Treadmill speed: 5 miles/hour
Distance: 2.53 miles
Legs were extremely tired; my calves were exhausted. I must stretch them lots tonight or I can see them being really sore tomorrow.
