- This was really tough. When I was done, my legs were jelly and my head was dizzy. Discouraging thoughts were going through my mind during the last 2 cycles. Can do I a half marathon? I'm struggling at 5 km. Well, I think I have about a dozen weeks left of training. I hope I will get some major breakthroughs in the coming weeks because this is getting really, really hard.

- I took the boys skating on the canal for over an hour.
